EngageU Education (“EngageU”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a student engagement and digital campus platform for universities, colleges and educational institutions. Our platform supports student communication, student communities, clubs and societies, campus events, event management, career and internship opportunities, alumni engagement and other digital campus services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information when you visit our website, use the EngageU application or platform, or otherwise interact with our services.

The features available to you, the information required to use those features and the way institutional information is managed may therefore depend on the university or institution using EngageU.

Where EngageU provides services to an educational institution, certain personal information may be provided to or processed by EngageU on behalf of that institution. The specific data fields, purposes, access arrangements, retention requirements and other applicable arrangements may be determined by the relevant institution and the agreement between EngageU and that institution.

EngageU Education is currently in the process of implementing and aligning its privacy practices with the requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, as and when the relevant provisions come into force.

EngageU will handle information relating to younger users in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the arrangements applicable to the relevant institution and service.
